Not many of you would know the story about Kaden Delaney. He was a really vibrant, loving guy from my hometown of Orange. In 2005, Kaden was in a car accident and was on life support in Nepean Hospital for 2 weeks. Kaden then passed away but his organs were still functioning well enough to be donated. Kaden had always been passionate about giving and always stated that he would donate all his organs if he could. Kaden saved many lives so as a tribute to him, on April 26th 2011, there will be a blood day held in his honour where you can have the chance to aid 3 adult lives and 5 children's.
The main event will be at the Orange Donor Centre, 54 Kite st. There will be a free bbq and child minding. If you want to donate blood to honour Kaden, you are eligible to do it at your nearest donor centre. Thanks for giving the time to feel the love in your heart for what Kaden has given in his short life.
